Scope of work

Single Page Responsive Website (up to 16 sections):

This doesn't include any type of photo or video shoot sessions for web assets.

30-second product video:

This will be a 30-second-max video where I will get an AI avatar to talk about your products or services. Doesn't include custom animations.

SEO requirements:

I will take care of everything your web needs to comply with SEO requirements for any modern website.

Monthly maintenance:

I will update content, create temporary subpages for specific needs (events, charity, testings, sign-ups for new stuff, etc). You can request changes in the website, but they will be tackled one by one and any task can be broken down into smaller reasonable chunks (as I see fit) and complete, them one by one, with a completion timeframe ranging from 1 to 7 days based on the complexity of the task.

Hosting + Domain:

I won't charge any extra fee for hosting or domain and I will keep 100% ownership of the website. You won't have to think about hosting plans, domains, editions or updates to the website, but paying our monthly plan. If you want to have 100% ownership of the website you can buy it for USD$1,250.00 with an extra 10% after every year.

By subscribing to our digital service, you agree to the following:

Billing: Your account will be charged on a monthly recurring basis, as per the subscription plan you've chosen. Ensure your payment method is up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
Content Access: Subscription grants you access to our digital content. Availability may vary and is subject to change.
Usage: Your subscription is for personal use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription terms, pricing, or content availability. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
